Feeling the Magic of Your Aliveness
Join us for this 3 day/3 night immersive experience with nature to enhance wellness for health care providers, artists or creative beings. And anyone who is looking to recharge and refuel to be more fully present and alive.

We will cultivate our connection to the natural world and to the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. Through various practices we will be supported to feel our aliveness, process and transform challenges, and gain more presence.
We will learn to integrate and apply trauma-informed creative arts practices, transpersonal and ecopsychology-inspired tools to our clinical work with clients. Through experiencing our own grief- and growth work, we can facilitate and be present to the growth and grief work of others (clients or loved-ones).
This soul-rejuvenating workshop will include experiential arts activities, ritual, writing, meditation, yoga, breathwork and ample time in nature. All these practices are resourcing to support us to be with the challenges of life, enhance our resiliency and feel the magic of our aliveness.
As we nourish ourselves, we will also engage in deep resourcing practices that can serve our work with clients and give space for our own emotional life while cultivating joy, play and deep connection with self and others.
Possible CEUs available for MFT's and LCSW's.

A negative COVID test on the day of workshop required.
